Job DescriptionContent Creation:Develop high-quality and engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, websites, blogs, and email newsletters.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to brainstorm content ideas, themes, and campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audience interests.
Write and edit compelling copy, headlines, and captions that capture attention, convey key messages, and drive action.
Community Management:
Monitor and engage with online communities across social media platforms, forums, and other digital channels to build and nurture relationships with followers, fans, and customers.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and brand voice consistency.
Foster a positive and supportive community environment by moderating discussions, resolving conflicts, and addressing issues effectively.
Social Media Management:
Manage social media accounts for clients, including content scheduling, posting, and performance tracking.
Implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement, while also driving traffic and conversions.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content strategy and campaign performance, and prepare regular reports for clients.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and advocacy.
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, account management, and digital marketing, to align content strategies with overall marketing objectives and client expectations.
Trends Monitoring and Innovation:
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing, social media, and community management.
Identify opportunities for innovation and experimentation with new content formats, platforms, and engagement tactics to drive
results and differentiate our clients in the market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
Ability to craft compelling and persuasive copy that captivates audiences, communicates key messages, and drives action.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling, brand building, and delivering innovative solutions.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization techniques is a plus.
Experience:
Proven experience of 1-2 years in content creation, community management, or content marketing, preferably in an advertising agency or marketing environment.
