Gross Monthly Salary Range: Ugx 7,000,000-8,000,000
Objective 1: Monitoring and Evaluation
Coordinate and review accurate and timely APR (Activity Progress Report) with the program managers.
Coordinate development of monitoring and assessment tools (mainly on Kobo Toolbox) with the M&E officers.
Coordinate evaluation surveys and review data analysis with the M&E officers
Draft and review monitoring and assessment reports
Archive program documents on Action Against Hunger grant online platform in coordination with the program managers and DCD-Program
Objective 2: External and internal reporting:
Coordinate inputs and timelines for donor reports, in collaboration with technical and field team.
Draft and review donor reports as per the required donor format.
Liaise with HQ (and other NGOS in case of consortium) for reports reviews
Objective 3 : Support proposal development:
Review call for interest and call for proposals documents to inform the technical team about the requirements
Collect data to inform program proposal development.
Coordinate with staff from other Action Against Hunger Uganda departments (technical sectors, finance, log, HR and field staff) to compile relevant information and documents to support proposal development.
Develop Action Against Hunger Uganda concept notes and proposals with the coordination team, abiding by the guidelines set out by the donor.
Liaise with HQ for reviews
Objective 4: Communication
Support the development and the update of communication mission documents (country profile, annual report, success stories, photos, etc.)
Support in
the organisation of donors, external visitors visit to the field in coordination with the team
Academic Qualification
Master’s degree in monitoring and evaluation, Donor and grants management or relevant field from a recognized university/ institutions.
Knowledge skills and abilities
Proven multi sector M&E, reporting or similar experience for at least 1 year in an INGO;
Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
Excellent written and spoken English;
Proficient in MS Office Applications;
Ability to work under pressure;
Capacity to work in a multi-cultural environment, good interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience and/or personal commitment to promoting gender equality within the work
