RequirementsKey Activities In Your Role Will Include:Consolidate the Base accounts monthly.
Responsible for Base Tax operation.
Contribute to Grant financial management, donors compliance & budget analysis.
Treasury forecast & cash management.
Capacity building for finance & Non finance staff.
Supervision & Team Management.
Conduct internal Audit.
Management of fraud and corruption cases.
Implementation and enforcement the HR policy.
Implement pay and other benefits policies, support recruitment and contracts management.
Lead the implementation of ACF performance management system at field level.
Support to HR staff and other mission HR issues.
Reporting and Staff management.
Qualifications
You have Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource & Finance Management.
You have 3 years of professional experience in finance and human resource with proven experience in team management.
You have Minimum of 2 years’ experience in NGO financial & HR management
You have exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail.
You have very good communication & training skills.
You have Strong accounting skills.
You have Strong budget management skills.
You have Team management & coordination skills.
You have experience with SAGA accounting system
You can identify needs, develop plans, and also deliver training.
You think strategically defining and communicating goals, also being genuinely committed to helping others to achieve the organizational objectives.
You have previous experience working as an auditor.
You have good analytical skills

Nutrition Cluster Roving Coordinator
Juba, Central Equatoria, South Sudan
Description
The Nutrition Cluster Roving Coordinator will work with the Nutrition Cluster Coordinator, the Nutrition Cluster Co-Lead (based in Juba), MOH counter parts and the Strategic Advisory Group to provide overall leadership for the Nutrition Cluster in South Sudan at State level; and to facilitate the process of ensuring a coherent and effective
emergency nutrition response by partners.
Qualifications
Support, if needed, in the establishment of new State level Nutrition Cluster and/or working groups
To harmonize the tools used at Country Nutrition Cluster with the one used at State level for more comprehensive and effective reporting and monitoring.
Ensure that OCHA identified priority crosscutting issues, including gender, HIV and environment; are fully integrated into the nutrition cluster strategy and nutrition cluster partner projects, in line with ISAC guidance and international best practices.
Strengthen inter-cluster coordination at national and sub national level, particularly with Food Security & Livelihoods, WASH, Health and Education Clusters to facilitate a comprehensive approach to addressing the issue of nutrition in South Sudan
Support State Nutrition Cluster Focal points (MOH, UNICEF & NGO) and nutrition partners to participate in nutrition needs assessments and response planning, ensuring that they are age and gender sensitive, using standardized tools and methods; and in coordination and/or collaboration with other sectors
Ensure regular monitoring of nutrition cluster response activities and coordination against cluster indicators, including activity at operational level (quality, coverage, continuity and cost of service delivery interventions); and sub national and national level cluster coordination activities.
Coordinate and support the Nutrition Cluster partner application for funding through the various pooled funding mechanisms including CHF, CERF, other Flash and Reserve Funding mechanisms.
Qualifications
Advanced University degree in Public Health, Nutrition or a related technical field
Three-Five years progressively responsible professional work experience at national or international level. Experience to include working in conflict affected insecure locations, working within the Cluster Approach
Nutrition in emergencies, including conducting rapid assessment and establishing response plans, establishment/support of CMAM programs for treatment of severe and moderate acute malnutrition.
Experience in conducting SMART surveys, and management of nutrition data and information systems.
Experience in using Epi- Info, ENA, Excel, Access and other related computer software packages.
Knowledge of the humanitarian coordination system, with understanding of humanitarian reform principles, international humanitarian law, inter-connectedness and reform pillars and recent developments including transformative agenda.
Excellent communication skills; able to work with people; driven for results.
He/she should be creative, innovative, with good organization skills, analytical and organization capacity.
Excellent written and spoken English
Able to write report, documents, minutes, etc
