Job Summary:

Assist the Store Keeper in managing the project’s supplies from the point of reception from suppliers to the end point of the user.

He/ She works to ensure up to date stores records, inventories and stock levels are maintained.

Qualifications Skills and Competencies

A diploma in Stores Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

2 years’ experience in similar or higher position.

Experience working in an NGO is an added advantage

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power point and Word)

Excellent inter-personal and communication skills

High degree of integrity and analytical skills

Ability to coach and develop staff

Ability to manage competing tasks;

Ability to prioritize and produce high level output consistently
