Responsibilities

Client Service Duties

Maintain existing clients by promoting relationships through effective negotiation of services and prices

Ensure client service standards and procedures are implemented and enhanced as client expectations continue to evolve and change

Expand business scope of influence with clients by understanding clients’ needs

Attend event planning meetings and match company products to client needs

Preparation and design of food and drinks menus

Sales Duties

Responsible for soliciting new business through sales calls, emails and networking; including meeting with prospective clients, up-selling food and beverages

Undertake sales activities independently and in collaboration with the Client Service Manager

Identify new business prospects and pursue to onboard new clients

Develop plans to cross sell and introduce new products to current clients

Meet and exceed agreed sales targets set by management

Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports
