What you will be doing:

Ensure all completed laundry/dry cleaning/pressing and related items are delivered timely, as directed by Supervisor

Attend to all guest requests and/or instructions as directed by the Laundry Managers

Indicate hotel count on all laundry lists and tally with guest count

Sort fold and hang item accordingly into correct number box and hanging bar as per marking

Pack folded item, perform quality control and complete packing using the appropriate packing accessories. Re-sent item required for re-pressing, sewing, stain removal and others.

Ensure guest clothing packaging are completed in accordance to LQA Standards.

Your experience and skills include:

Previous experience as a Laundry Operator

Diploma in Housekeeping & Laundry Operations or related field

Highly responsible & reliable.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
