Job Description

Workplace experiences: Attend and participate in all workplace experiences against agreed development objectives | Learning: Attend and participate in all training and development interventions against agreed development objectives | Ad Hoc duties: Provide support to customers and team as required to ensure team performance on an ongoing basis | Administration: Effectively fulfil all required administrative duties, including tracking and reporting

Process Design Graduates will work within well-established teams to solve design problems.

Process Design Graduates will learn how to create detailed process design and user journeys within a design project, improving customer experience, process efficiency and process excellence that positively impact Absa customers and deliver business value.    

Process Design Graduates will learn how to follow the established standards in their discipline.

A successful Process Design Graduates is a self-starter that has a passion for solving problems and creating solutions for customers. They have growth mindset and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications needed:

BSc or Btech Industrial engineering, BSC or Btech Chemical Engineering, or Btech Quality Engineering/Management

BCom Information Systems or Informatics

Business analysis (Certificate Program in Business Analysis/Advanced Business
Analysis Program)

Lean Six Sigma Green belt

Experience:

No experience needed, but experienced applicants are welcomed.
