Job Description

Reconciling material requests with MRP (Material Resource Plan).

Verifies accuracy and conformance with the company’s purchasing policies and procedures.

Collecting Performa for approved PR (Purchase Request) for actual purchase,

Collecting Performa for tender, market survey analysis other related works

Checking store balance before the procurement process

Preparation of Price Analysis

Identifies and maintains a list of eligible suppliers and selects suppliers to procure requisitioned materials, meeting criteria such as price, quality, quantity, delivery dates, and orders.

Assures procurements are made in accordance with the material procurement plan.

Confirms materials dispatched are delivered to projects accordingly.

Responsible for confirming all orders and their subsequent delivery.

Identifies transportation requirements for the materials to be transported.

Control the loading and unloading activities of materials.

Job Requirements

Qualification:- BA Degree or Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field.

Work Experience:- 2-5 Years or above-related work experience.
