Job Description

Purpose of the job

Ensures the integrity, dependability and availability of systems, all enterprise application of the group company through planning, analysis, development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of information systems programs, policies, procedures and tools; Analyze, develop, implement, maintain and enhance information systems programs, policies, procedures and tools.

Provides technical and functional support in the areas of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems administration, problem resolution, support, training, process mapping, system testing and development and security access. Designs, develops, test, deploy, and maintain data processing solutions to enhance the ERP systems.

Expected result

Customized ERP system, Developed & implemented systems, quality assurance and other relevant policies and procedures;

Provision of systems that meet user requirements;

Running & operating the Company’s business application ERP systems;

Well-developed system documentations including source code libraries;

Well-developed user manual for enterprise application implemented in the group company.

Skilled and capable information technology user

Duties and responsibilities

Develops and implements policies and procedures for the implemented enterprise application systems;

Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate process or to improve existing computer system;

Prepares detailed business continuation plan for each system in the group company;

Provide coaching/training to staff and administration on implemented system to enhance business operations;

Create and maintain a monthly training schedule and publish it on the web portal;

Establishes performance measures and goals for the application systems and infrastructures’ support team and monitors progress, and takes corrective action when necessary;

Reviews the implemented Enterprise system capability, workflow, and scheduling limitations and identify the required change if any;

Recommends, implements and supports methods and tools for proactive monitoring, capacity

development, troubleshooting, researching and resolution of problems in Enterprise application and system;
Perform application system support and troubleshooting for system user;

Studies existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develops new systems to improve productivity or workflow as required;

Plans and prepares technical reports and instructional manuals as documentation of program development and system customized;

Analyzes requests from users and identifies solutions;

Trains end user and support staff on new system;

Performs other duties when assigned.

Job Requirements

Competencies and Specifications

A. Competency (knowledge, skills and abilities)

Ability to conduct a training for the system user;

Ability to manage multiple system development or customization projects;

Required Technical/Business Skills and Knowledge;

Application Development Management;

Strong Database Technology Principles;

Ability to think analytically and to develop new or revised systems, procedures, and work flow;

Good communication skill;

B. Education & Experience

B.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Science or Information Systems or Management Information Systems or Information technology or related fields with Five years of relevant experience.

Diploma or Degree in Accounting and proven practice in IT environment is necessary

Experience as IT instructor in colleges or universities is necessary
