Job SummaryHandle end-to-end recruitment and placement activities in coordination with HR team members and with the company's different departments.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with HR team members to ensure vacancies are timely filled
Work closely with company’s different departments to ensure smooth recruitment operation
Following up on hire requests and registering on vacancy tracking sheet
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
Source and recruit candidates by using CV databases, job boards and working with colleges/universities
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Handle and properly organize candidate and hired employee files
Job Requirements
Professional Qualification
BA Degree in Management, Human resource management or related field of study.
minimum 1 year of experience in HR function.
Required skill and competences
Strong interest to work as a Recruiter
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
