AAN Associates Senior Expert for Data Management for a Multi-Country Evaluation Jobs in Uganda

Candidate must hold university (at least 16 years of education) in Statistics/Economics, and must have at least +10 years of demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative designs, data management and analysis.

Demonstrable experience in quasi-experimental data analysis and other techniques/methods such as interrupted time series, matched controls, propensity score matching and development of synthetic control.

In depth understanding of health programming in low and middle-income contexts, preferably in the Eastern and Southern Africa region
Strong data interpretation and reporting (in English) is must

Demonstrated and proven experience of using statistical tools and software such as SPSS, R, STATA for quantitative analysis, and NVIVO or other software for qualitative analysis.
