A & J Global Internal Auditor Jobs in Kenya; Our client, operating within the Pension Fund sector in the East African region, is looking to fill key positions to join a team dedicated to delivering client centric services aligned with its strategic goals and plans for the next five years and beyond. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, candidates must be prepared to take on vital roles defined by the policies and frameworks established to fulfill the organization’s core mandate.

This is the entry and training ground for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the supervision of a senior officer.

a) Duties and Responsibilities

(i) Participating in the planning of individual audit assignments comprising of preliminary surveys of process to be audited, review of internal controls, development of audit programs;

(ii) Participating in entry and exit meetings;

(iii) Conducting audits;

(iv) Participating in ad-hoc/ special investigations and reviews arising from routine audits and/or as requested by management;

(v) Participating in undertaking investigative audits arising from issues raised in routine audits and/or requests by management; and

(vi) Participating in identifying internal controls issues for key risk processes in a timely manner to proactively avert losses.

b) Requirements for Appointment

For appointment to this grade a candidate must have:

(i) Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Project Management, Business Administration or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution or Diploma in the above fields with satisfactory experience;

(ii) Proficiency in computer applications; and

(iii) Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution
