The following vacant positions are available for:
1. Team Leader- Guinea
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree with Master’s level preferred in forestry, forest management, natural resource policy, environmental science, biodiversity conservation or similar relevant discipline.
Position requires a minimum of four years of overseas work experience, preferably in West Africa. Peace Corps experience in agroforestry or forestry programs would be a distinct asset. Experience working on donor-funded development projects is required.
Must be fully bilingual in English and French in order to conduct business and write reports in both languages. Must be computer literate, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Willingness to reside in a remote part of the country.

2. Project Director - Tabora, Tanzania
Qualification and experience
Masters degree or equivalent in Education, Public Health, International Development, Economics, Political Science. Supplemental training in income generation/entrepreneurship, monitoring and evaluation, child labor, or related field. Programmatic experience on agriculture, vocational education, income-generation activities, child labor, gender, human trafficking, HIV/AIDS, and/or public health issues highly desired.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a leadership and management role in the implementation of donor-funded programs on child labor and /or OVCs and education.
Strong experience and knowledge of: education policy; improving educational quality and access; development of community participation in the improvement of basic education for disadvantaged children; and the monitoring and evaluation of education and vocational projects, agribusiness, and other related subjects strongly recommended. Experience working with the Ministries of Labor and Education highly desired. Experience managing USAID or other donor-funded programs and budgets highly desired.
Knowledge of exploitative child labor issues and experience in the development of formal, non-formal and vocational education, and the tobacco sector desired.
Strong skills in financial management, writing, monitoring and evaluation required.
