Plan's Regional Office of West Africa requires a short-term consultant to evaluate its flood response projects in Benin, Burkina Faso and Ghana.

The evaluator must have the following qualifications / skills

Experience of conducting the DAC evaluation.

Full knowledge of Sphere

Ability to conduct the evaluation in French and in English.

Ability to write the synthesis report in excellent English.

Ability to work under time pressure.

Ability to triangulate the information.

It would be an advantage to have following qualifications / skills.

Knowledge about Plan International

Knowledge about Child Rights and Human Rights, and rights based approach.

Local knowledge of one or more target countries (Ghana, Benin and Burkina Faso) The reference code is FLDEV-1
