Location: Africa.

Water For People helps people in developing countries improve quality of life by supporting the development of locally sustainable drinking water resources, sanitation facilities, and hygiene education programs.

It is currently seeking to recruit:

1. Business Development Manager - Malawi

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject.

Advanced Degree desired.

Must be a risk taker, and have a nose for entrepreneurial opportunities.

Five years directly related experience is preferred.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally regularly, often to remote field locations.

Must be flexible, innovative, proactive, able to work under tight deadlines and have excellent follow through skills. Be a self starter and to work with limited supervision.

2. Program Analyst - Uganda

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, international development, or other related discipline required.

Five years directly related experience is preferred.

Comfort in communicating and managing with diverse and international constituents.

Experienced managing contracts and consultants.

MGood analytical skills coupled with an in-depth knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
