Location: DRC

War Child Canada (WCC), a registered Canadian charity based in Toronto, Canada that provides humanitarian assistance to children and youth affected by war.

It is currently looking for a qualified individual to fill the position of:

Program Director

Qualifications:

At least three to five years experience in project development, implementation, coordination and management, preferably with projects in post/conflict settings.

Fully bilingual in French and English (reading, writing, speaking).

High level of interpersonal skills; keen awareness of political sensitivities.

Computer skills: MS Office (esp. Word and Excel) and internet applications.

Demonstrable knowledge and experience of gender and diversity issues.

Closing date: 05 January.
