Volunteer in Zambia Program Schedule
Our programs are flexible. You can arrive and depart on any date convenient to you throughout the year. There is no minimum duration of stay.
You will typically work between 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday. Your will spend your spare time shopping, eating out, cinemas, chatting with other volunteers or swimming.

Application Fee: USD $100.00. Application fee covers administration, program information, communication and the cost of collection from the airport.

The costs you need to meet are:
Your flight to and from the country, visa fees, work permits, vaccinations, and travel insurance, and airport taxes. You will also need a weekly budget of around US$20 to cover your expenses like bottled water, personal costs, public transport, beverages and entertainment.
Volunteer Accommodation and Meals
You will have a fantastic opportunity of living with a local family close to your volunteer project.
This will provide you with an excellent opportunity to integrate and experience a cultural immersion within a Zambian family. The family will be on hand to help you and also show you around the local area.
Your host family will provide 2 meals a day. Lunch can be taken at small cafes or restaurants near your volunteer project where you can try cheap and tasty local food. Three meals are provided if you are at your accommodation during weekends.
