The Sacco wishes to recruit suitably qualified:

Supervisory Trainees

Qualifications:

Must be a holder of a minimum diploma in any of the key functional areas.

Mid-level professional qualification such as CPA Part 2 or its equivalent.

Between 1 and 2 years experience in similar roles.

Should have graduated within the last 3 years.

Ability to work with and appreciate diverse cultures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Enthusiastic and passionate about business development and commercial competence.

Demonstrate good understanding of MS-Office packages.

Crown Agents is an international development company delivering capacity building and institutional development services in public sector transformation, particularly in revenue enhancement and expenditure management, banking, public finance, training and procurement.

Expert Trainers/Training Specialists

Based in one of the three countries: Kenya, Ghana & Tanzania, local trainers are required to create, deliver and manage on CA technical and generic local courses on one of the following disciplines:-

1. Banking & Finance

2. Pensions

3. Project Management

4. Procurement

5. Organisation Development

6. Leadership & management

Qualifications:

Demonstrate professional integrity, self confidence and passion to create and deliver practical and outcome-based training in a multi-cultural setting strongly supportive of gender, diversity and equal opportunity.

Excellent good communicator, manager, facilitator and coach. We require trainers with top-level experience, knowledge and skills.

Degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a trainer.

Able to demonstrate clear evidence of up to date knowledge of global developments in training techniques, and in one of the technical areas.
