Space and Style Ltd is a company based in industrial area Nairobi representing leading global brands of high quality imported specialized building products in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda and South Sudan.
In line with their growth strategy they are looking to increase our team and have the following vacancies:
1. General Manager
Qualifications:
Results oriented and creative.
Possess strong interpersonal and analytical and entrepeneurial skills.
BS/BA degree ; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 Years in a managerial position.
Strong leadership skills.
Must have excellent listening, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment and handle multiple, concurrent tasks with high level of flexibility.
Ability to work well under time constraints and to meet deadlines.
Excellent organization skills with attention to detail.
Passion for marketing, with a drive to succeed and make a difference.
Excellent computer skills.
Must be at least 35 years old.
2. Sales/Office Administrator
Qualifications:
Background training in construction e.g. building economics, architectural or civil engineering, building construction management, business management.
Minimum Degree in the above.
Must be computer literate.
Financial accounting knowledge.
Must be dynamic and able to handle wide range of clients and products.
Must have good customer relations techniques.
Not less that 32 years old.
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
3. Field Technical Sales and Marketing Personnel
Qualifications:
Have technical background in construction.
Must be a quick learner.
Prefer one who has done sales within the building industry.
Must have a valid Driving Licence.
Must be Dynamic, Self Driven and aggressive.
Reports to the Sales manager.
Not less that 30 years old.
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
4. Stores Clerk
Qualifications:
Must have Diploma in Purchase, Stores and warehouse management.
Must be honest and of high integrity.
Computer literate.
Reports to the Warehouse manager.
Mature- not less than 30 years old.
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
5. Machine Operators
Qualifications:
Minimum diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years experience in a workshop dealing with steel fabrication.
Quick learner who require minimum supervision.
Minimum 30 years of age.
6. Clerk of Works (Technical Field Supervisor)
Qualifications:
Will be in charge of supervising work at building construction sites.
Must have a technical background in building construction, project management and/or quantity surveying.
Must be a quick learner.
Must have a valid Driving Licence.
Min 30 years old.
Min 3 years experience in busy construction environment.
