It is seeking to recruit qualified candidates for the following positions:

Senior Behaviour Change Technical Advisor

Qualifications:

A minimum of a master’s degree in communication, international development or related field.

At least 7 years of experience managing behavior change programs.

Excellent written and oral communications skills in French.

Chief of Party

Qualifications:

Minimum of master’s degree in management, gender issues, international development, conflict management, administration or related field.

At least 10 years of project management experience in a developing country.

Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and French.

Design Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

Qualifications:

Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in design, monitoring and evaluation methodologies.

At least two (2) years of field-based data collection and analysis experience.

At least two (2) years of experience in the developing world, and preferably in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.

Closing date: 19 September.
