The scholarship is awarded on academic merit and proficiency in English (if English is not your first language).
You must be a national of a country outside the EU at the time of application for your course at BU and for fees purposes you must be classified as having the status of an international (non-EU) student.
You are only eligible for this scholarship if you are applying for the MA Multi-Media Journalism course.
You need to apply for the Reham al-Farra International Scholarship in Journalism after you have received an offer for your course.
You will be sent a scholarship application form with your offer letter which you will need to complete and return with your acceptance form and deposit to the address on the form.
You must hold a conditional or unconditional offer to apply for this scholarship.
The scholarship is awarded to a student who has achieved an excellent standard in their undergraduate degree, can demonstrate a high level of English proficiency (if English is not their first language) and has provided information which suggests that they are likely to be an asset to the course.
The final decision is based on the information supplied in both your application form for MA Multi-Media Journalism course and the scholarship application form.
Financial need cannot be taken into consideration.
Deadline: 31st July.
