Project Concern International is a leading international health organization that saves the lives of children and families around the world by preventing disease and providing access to clean water and nutritious food.

It seeks to recruit for the following position:

Country Director - Zambia

Qualifications:

Knowledge of financial management and internal controls in a development environment.

Nine to eleven years of professional experience with a minimum of 7 years in a similar role at similar organizational level.

Five to ten years experience in the management of large development programs, including the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of complex community health programs in developing countries, preferably in Zambia or another African country.

Proven experience in engaging, leading and motivating teams of professionals to achieve results.

Excellent people management skills, experience in facilitating cross functional teamwork, and providing feedback to senior management team.

Demonstrated track record in dealing with senior government officials in a developing country setting.
