PhD Scholarships at Macquarie University, Sydney

Four PhD Scholarships at Macquarie University, Sydney are available in the following project areas:

1. Mental Causation in a Physical World

2. Philosophical Analysis of Betrayal

These two scholarships are to be taken up in Philosophy.

Closing date: 30 April

3. Memory/ Collective Memory

4. Memory and Embodied Skill

These two scholarships are to be taken in Philosophy, Psychology or Cognitive Science

Closing date: 13 April.

All four scholarships are available to Australian or international students.

Each scholarship pays a living allowance, currently $19,616 per annum, tax exempt, and the tenure is 3.5 years full time, subject to satisfactory progress.

Overseas-student tuition fees will be funded for the tenure of the scholarship.

Additional support for projects and for national and international travel will be available.

Starting dates are negotiable.
