International Rescue Committee (IRC) provides support to all technical units developing community-driven processes in their activities, both in the refugee camps and in rural communities.

The Participation Unit (PU) is currently recruiting a Program Intern (Participation Unit) to expand its capacity to develop project-specific CC field manuals and implementation guides.

Requirements:

Excellent English writing skills.

Degree in any field, with social sciences fields preferred.

Knowledge and field experience of PLA methodologies and tools is preferred.

Knowledge and experience in adult education or and curriculum development are preferred.

Desirable:

Flexible and able to quickly adapt to the instructions of the IRC Ethiopia staff and the demands of the situation.

Must be organized, efficient and able to work autonomously with minimum supervision.
