Academic Qualifications:

The general academic requirements for admission into undergraduate degree programmes of the following level or its equivalent:

Applications must be endorsed by the Ministry of Foregn Affairs or agency responsible for technical cooperation in the respective recipient’s Government and submitted to the Malaysian Goverment Representatives in the country in which the applicant has his/her permanent home;
