Location: Kenya.

Kenya Industrial Property Institute (KIPI) is a parastatal under the Ministry of Industrialization established under the Industrial Property Act.

The organization is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of:

Managing Director

Qualifications and Experience:

A University degree in Law, Science, Information Technology or Business Administration from a recognized university.

A Masters degree in Law, Science, Information Technology or Business Administration will be an added advantage.

At least seven years working experience in matters related to Industrial Property.

Should have served at top management position in a similar or equivalent capacity for a minimum period of five years.

Must demonstrate good managerial, administrative or professional competences.

Must have a clear understanding of the role of Industrial property Rights in Kenya’s socio-economic development.

Must be computer literate.

Must be aged between 40 and 50 years.

Be a person of high integrity.

Be a team player.

Be a strategic thinker.

Have excellent communication skills.

Have good interpersonal skills.
