ELG FZE is an international manpower agency providing safety, medical and demining contractor personnel. They specialise in the provision of onshore and offshore personnel to a variety of sectors including oil, gas, seismic, drilling, mining, construction, post-conflict, government and humanitarian.

They are currently recruiting for:

Operations Manager and Field Managers - Chad

Qualifications:

  • Operations Manager - minimum IMAS EOD Level 4, with previous mine action experience in a similar role and preferably previous experience of Sudan.
  • Field Managers - minimum IMAS EOD Level 3, with a minimum of 2 years post military or NGO experience in the commercial mine action sector. Field Managers will need experience of operating independently, leading a team of local national demining staff.
  • Experience of living and working in remote and testing conditions.
  • Conversant with INSMA.
  • Good report writing and field budgetary skills.
  • Competent in the use of computers for report writing and the formulation of spreadsheets.
