Daniel Turnberg Travel Fellowship Scheme

The aim of the scheme is to encourage researchers to experience an alternative research environment, to learn new techniques and initiate ideas for future collaborations.

The Fellowships are aimed primarily at young scientists embarking on a career in research.

As part of the application process, applicants are required to identify the institution that they intend to visit and must contact and secure support from this institution and relevant department.

The institution must confirm its willingness to host the applicants visit, as part of the Daniel Turnberg Travel Fellowship Scheme.

The Academy is also pleased to announce an additional Travel Fellowship available specifically to applicants whose research falls within the fields of surgical technology or quality and safety.

Applications are sought from researchers working in either of these areas.

This fellowship will be in addition to those fellowships available through the main scheme (open to all areas within medical and bioscience research).

Medical researchers and bioscientists from the following countries are eligible to apply: Egypt

Deadline: 8th January.
