Cord International Jobs: Cord International develops capacity to address the root causes of conflict, advance political, economic and social development to build peace.

Cord is looking for a:

Country Director

Requirements:

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with current and future donors;
  • Experience in one of the following sectors: construction of peace, conflict resolution, human rights, emergency relief, development would be a plus for you in designing innovative programs to meet the needs of refugees and host communities in Chad and, within a context of change;
  • Proven ability in managing human resources, management of project cycle management and security, and the financial and administrative management;
  • Excellent communicator (written and spoken English and French) with a high level of diplomacy.
