Chosen Children of Promise (CCP) is a Christian - based non - governmental organization that helps people in poverty situations by empowering them with services and training that focus on their spiritual and physical needs. CCP seeks to recruit:
1. Children’s Coordinator
Personal skills

Trainable, flexible and willing to learn
Be organized, including the maintaining of clear and accurate records on a timely basis
Problem solving skills, able to assess a problem and make wise recommendations

Self-Motivated with a high work ethic
Computer skills in typing, MS Word, MS Excel

Requirements:
Be a born again Christian
Training in Christian Children’s Ministry (Theological training – added advantage)
Practical experience in Christian Children’s Ministry (ages 4-12)
Be passionate for Child Evangelism and Discipleship
Ability to organize and manage all Children’s programs including but not limited to bible clubs
Willing to work in slums
Ability to build good relationships with the children and their families
Committed to a Bible believing church
Ability to teach children and train other staff
Ability to network with local churches and similar organizations
Committed to promoting and safeguarding children's welfare
Proactive in approaching tasks
Interact and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with adults, children, colleagues, and other professionals
