APOPO seeks to recruit a:
1. Communications Manager
Key requirements:
BA or MA in Communications, Public Relations or equivalent
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Native English speaker, with some knowledge of Swahili – or a strong commitment to learn
Donor relations and fundraising experience
Experience working in the non-profit sector
Writing, editing and proof-reading skills
Media relations experience
Website CMS & e-commerce systems knowledge
Skills in database management and analysis
Strong IT knowledge
Cross-cultural communication skills and cultural sensitivity
Extraordinary patience, flexibility, independence, strong organizational skills, and a sense of humor

1. Program Manager - TB Operations
Key requirements:
Relevant university degree:
MD with specialization in Laboratory Techniques
MSc / PhD in Biomedical Sciences
3-5 years field experience in health care & development operations
Experience in project management
Experience in conducting health related development programs
Fluent in English & preferably Portuguese
