Job SummaryUnder the direction of the immediate supervisor, performs clerical personnel and HR activities like recording, compiling and keeping personnel records, drafting letters, assists the HR & Admin Manager in undertaking studies on Human Resources and Administration issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
Follows up, organizes and handles personnel records such as annual leaves performance results, promotion, attendance and others.
Collects and compiles statistical data on personnel matters like total number of employees in sex, age, salary group, work unit etc
Follows up, approves and records attendance of employees, prepares attendance reports for payment
Drafts letters on personnel issues and submits for signature in accordance with decision.
Follows up and notifies in due time the concerned officials about ending contracts and probation periods
Prepares identity cards for employees and submits for approval to the concerned officials.
Performs preliminary screening and registration of applicants and works as a member when assigned.
Check payroll for approval.
Verifies and initials in all payment documents and transfers them to the immediate supervisor.
Collects and organize data with regard to human resource
management function, assists the immediate supervisor in undertaking studies with related matters.
Keeps confidential personal files safely.
Facilitates and participates in strategic planning sessions.
Prepares reports and correspondence as needed.
Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance.
Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
Distributes employees performance evaluation forms, ensures that all are filled out properly and complies the result.
Encodes personal data into computer.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Management or related field of study.
Previous manufacturing experience is an asset
Knowledge of MS Office, SAP & SCADA
Experience
3+ years experience in HR management activities.
