Our client, a fastest online gaming and lottery retailer company located in Nairobi is urgently seeking to recruit versatile and enthusiastic Sales Executives.
The successful candidates will be responsible for sales and marketing of Company products to ensure incremented growth in sales and profitability by performing the following duties.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop new business and achieve set monthly sales targets.
Retain old customers and acquire new customers.
Efficiently manage customers and territory to maximize sales.
Keep accurate Sales records and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Resolve agents’ inquiries and complaints via phone call, site-visit, emails, and other communication channel in a timely and customer friendly manner.
Acquisition of new agents within the market.
Conduct regular onsite and offsite visit and check on agent’s activities to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain and deepen agents’ relationships through various engagement activities
Provide training to agents on how to use the POS machines.
Prepare and submit daily sales activity report including issue resolved feedback and performance report.
Carry out public relations activities with designated customers.
Perform any other duties as required by management.
Key Competencies & Qualifications:
Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any other related field from a recognized institution
Must have at least 2 years of experience working experience in a betting industry
Betting, Lotteries and Gaming industry background a plus
Good client relationship management and customer service skills
Ability to use and communicate effectively
Good teamwork, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
Ability to be self-motivated with a positive attitude and a solid work ethic.
